My lawful reasons for using your information include taking steps before entering into a contract, fulfilling a contract, complying with legal obligations and managing the legitimate interests of my business.
Sharing your information
I do not sell your personal information.
Information may be shared only where necessary with trusted service providers, such as Wix for website hosting and enquiries, Xero for accounting and invoicing, professional advisers, insurers or subcontractors involved in your project. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are required to protect your information.
How long I keep your information
Enquiries that do not lead to work will normally be kept for no longer than 12 months. Information relating to completed work, quotations, invoices, payments and accounting records may normally be retained for up to six years where required for tax, contractual or legal purposes.
Security
I take reasonable steps to keep personal information secure and limit access to those who genuinely need it.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
• Ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you
• Ask for inaccurate information to be corrected
